Aleksander Y. Stadnik,
Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the USA
Aleksander Stadnik has been appointed Russian Trade Representative in the United States of America by the Russian Government on July 10, 2014.
He previously served in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation as the Deputy Director of the Department of European and American Countries. Mr. Stadnik also worked as the Deputy Head of the Russian Part of Intergovernmental Commission with European countries.
Aleksander Stadnik was born in 1966 in Rostov-on-Don (Rostov Region).
In 1989 he graduated from Rostov Institute of National Economy (RINH) (now - Rostov State University of Economics (RSUE).
More than fifteen years Mr. Stadnik held various positions in the official bodies of the Russian Federation (such as Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation) and abroad.
From 2002 to 2005 – Second Secretary of the Russian Embassy to the Macedonia.
In 2007-2009 – Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Italian Republic.
Speaks English, Italian, Macedonian.
Married, with a son.
